Who this policy covers
Cloudwild is offered by ByteEra Labs. This policy applies to the Cloudwild game on iPhone and Android, including the version distributed through Google Play. Our privacy contact is postmaster@byteera-labs.com.
The short version
Cloudwild does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information. The game has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking, or online social features.
Game data stored on your device
To remember your place in the game, Cloudwild stores the following information only in its local app storage:
- your current and unlocked levels;
- best completion times and coin totals for completed levels;
- whether you have completed the tutorial;
- your selected in-game language; and
- your touch-control layout preferences.
This information stays on your device and is not sent to ByteEra Labs or to any third party.
Information we do not collect
Within the game, Cloudwild does not ask for or collect your name, email address, contact list, photos, precise location, payment information, advertising identifier, or a device identifier linked to you. It does not include its own usage analytics or crash-reporting service.
Sharing, advertising, and tracking
Cloudwild has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. ByteEra Labs does not receive your game progress, use it for targeted advertising, sell it, or share it with data brokers.
Android and Google Play
The current Android release does not request permissions for personal or sensitive user data. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location, phone information, or shared files. The game keeps its save files in the app's private storage on your device.
For the current Cloudwild release, the Google Play Data safety declaration is: no user data collected or shared by the app. Local game progress and preferences are not transmitted off your device. We will update both this policy and the Google Play declaration before releasing a version that changes those practices.
App stores and device services
If you download Cloudwild from an app store, the store operator and your device platform may process information under their own privacy policies. ByteEra Labs does not receive your payment-card details or a copy of your locally saved game data from those services.
If you contact us
Contacting us by email is optional and happens outside the game. If you email us, we receive the email address and message content you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your request, improve the product when appropriate, and maintain necessary support records. We do not use it for targeted advertising or sell it. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed for those purposes, unless a longer period is required by law; you may request deletion by emailing us.
Children’s privacy
Cloudwild does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other player. If you have a question about a child's use of the game, please contact us at the address below.
Your choices and deletion
You can remove Cloudwild's local game data by deleting the app or clearing its data through your device settings. You can request deletion of any optional email correspondence by contacting us. Device backups and app-store records, if any, are managed by the platform provider under its own settings and privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If Cloudwild's data practices change, we will update this page and revise its effective date before the change takes effect.
