Who we are
Byteera is a software product owned and operated by ByteEra Labs LLC. References to “Byteera,” “ByteEra Labs,” “we,” or “us” in this policy refer to ByteEra Labs LLC.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and communications with us.
When you use Byteera, we may process product profiles, research requests, keywords, saved preferences, reply drafts, feedback, and other content you submit to the service.
We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, timestamps, and security events. Byteera also processes information from publicly available online sources to produce market research and demand signals.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction, subscription, and billing-status information, but we do not store full payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Byteera, authenticate users, process subscriptions, generate requested analyses and reply drafts, maintain the service, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate Byteera, including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for supported AI processing, and hosting or communications providers. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and sessions
Byteera uses cookies or similar storage that are necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, and core service preferences. Blocking these technologies may prevent account features from working.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
International processing and children
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Byteera is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
