Terms of Service
Last updated July 21, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of Byteera.
Agreement and operator
Byteera is owned and operated by ByteEra Labs LLC. By accessing or using Byteera, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Byteera for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Byteera service
Byteera organizes public market signals, product research, match explanations, and assisted reply drafts. Features and availability may change as we improve the service.
Public-source links and third-party platform content remain subject to the applicable third party's terms and availability. You are responsible for reviewing source context and complying with platform rules before using or posting any reply.
AI-assisted output
Some analyses and drafts may be generated with artificial intelligence and can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review output before relying on it or sharing it. Byteera does not automatically post to third-party accounts on your behalf.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe. If a free trial is offered, billing begins at the end of the stated trial unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel through the available billing controls. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, paid fees are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable use
You may not use Byteera to violate law or third-party rights, send spam or deceptive communications, harass others, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, or attempt unauthorized access. You may not use generated drafts without independently reviewing their accuracy and suitability.
Ownership and submitted content
Byteera, its software, branding, and original site content are owned by ByteEra Labs LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Byteera is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, search rankings, platform access, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteEra Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Byteera during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You may stop using Byteera at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date.
