Delete your FocalYou data

FocalYou provides permanent data deletion directly inside the app and does not require a separate login.

Delete from the app

  1. Open FocalYou.
  2. Open the Settings tab.
  3. Under Your Data, select Delete FocalYou Data.
  4. Review the warning and confirm that consumable credits and photos cannot be recovered.
  5. Select Delete FocalYou Data Permanently.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes source and generated photos, generation history, feedback, support requests, remaining credits, and other FocalYou content. The action cannot be undone. Completed consumable purchases are not a restoration source, so deleted credits cannot be recovered.

What is retained

Deidentified App Store transaction records and a one-way protected App Store subject identifier remain to process refunds, prevent purchase replay, prevent duplicate promotions, and meet accounting or legal obligations. These records do not contain source photos, generated photos, face-analysis values, email addresses, or the raw App Store identifier.
