Eligibility and App Store Access
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. FocalYou does not require a separate login; cloud credits and Gallery data follow the App Store account currently used on your device. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and Apple account.
Your Photos and Permissions
You keep ownership of photos you provide. You give FocalYou and its service providers limited permission to process them only to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Upload only photos you have the legal right and appropriate consent to use.
AI-Generated Results
Creative results are generated automatically and can contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected changes. Results are not guaranteed to match a preview or be suitable for a specific professional, legal, medical, or commercial purpose. Review every image before using or publishing it.
Passport and ID Photos
The document tool only checks basic image quality, crops your original photo, and arranges it for printing. Requirements vary by country and can change. FocalYou does not certify government compliance or guarantee acceptance.
Credits and Purchases
Credit packs are consumable, one-time purchases and do not renew. Credits have no cash value. A generation deducts the displayed amount when submitted. If our generation process fails or times out, those credits are automatically returned. Deleting FocalYou data permanently deletes remaining consumable credits; they cannot be restored from completed transaction history. Other refund requests are handled under Apple policies and applicable law.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful discrimination, infringement, deceptive official documents, or content that violates law or another person's rights. We may restrict accounts used for abuse or attempts to bypass safety, credit, or purchase controls.
Availability and Changes
We may change templates, credit costs, technical limits, or features and may suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal, or provider-related reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of generated results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
Termination and Contact
You may stop using the service or delete your FocalYou data at any time. Terms that must logically survive deletion continue to apply. For questions or disputes, email postmaster@byteera-labs.com.
