For the fastest help, open FocalYou and go to Settings → Privacy and Support → Support. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive identity documents.
App Store sync
FocalYou does not have a separate login. Credits, purchases, and Gallery data follow the App Store account currently used in Media & Purchases on the device. If cloud features are unavailable, check the network and use Settings → Cloud Features → Retry App Store Connection. FocalYou support will never ask for your Apple password or verification code.
Photo generation
Use a clear, well-lit portrait with one visible person. Avoid heavy blur, extreme angles, sunglasses, or a face that is too small in the frame. Creative generation may take a few minutes. If a generation fails or times out, the credits used for that job are automatically returned.
Passport and ID photo layouts
The free document photo tool asks before Apple Vision checks basic image quality and framing, then crops your original photo and arranges it for 300 DPI printing. It runs on your device and does not upload the selected photo or face-analysis values. Requirements vary by issuing authority, so always confirm current official rules before submitting a photo.
Purchases and credits
Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases and do not renew. After a successful App Store purchase, credits should appear automatically for the current App Store account. If the balance does not update, keep the purchase receipt, retry App Store connection, and contact support. Refund requests are handled under Apple policies.
Saving and deleting photos
You can save finished photos to your photo library from the Gallery. Generated cloud copies are automatically removed after 30 days, or sooner if you delete a photo. Deleting a cloud copy does not remove a copy already saved to your device.
